Newborn sessions can be booked as soon as you know you’re pregnant, though most clients book during their second trimester. I accept a limited number of newborn commissions each month so booking early will ensure you hold your spot. Blee Photography books out several months in advance for her talent so to avoid disappointment it is recommended that you book your perth newborn photographer session whilst you are still pregnant.
Studio newborn sessions are held in Blee Photography’s Subiaco studio when your baby is between 5-15 days old. Bobbi-lee will pencil your due date in her diary and expect a call from you as soon as your baby arrives. If you are given a c-section date, the actual newborn session date can be booked in advance.  We leave a little wiggle room for last minute newborns, but it is important to get in touch while you are pregnant so that we can reserve your session. Clients typically book their newborn session when in the second trimester of pregnancy. Newborn sessions are reserved by your pregnancy due date and maternity sessions are best when you are 34-37 weeks pregnant.

Miniature Garden

I kept seeing cute little mini gardens on pinterest so I had to do one. S loved helping plant the plants and make a little path. He waters it every day and plays his cars and animals in it!

Before and after Laundry update

Finally did something about my ugly laundry. It's definitely not finished yet but it's a start. Yes my washing machine walks.

I am actually a bit obsessed with laundry design, so I have been pinning a lot of laundry designs on my pinterest over time. Here are just some:

Turquoise Piano

So I saw an organ (I like to be fancy and call it a piano but it is just an organ) on the side of the road and told my husband to go pick it up for me later that night. So he did, and I went to Bunnings and got a beautiful turquoise colour mixed up for me, came home and painted it. It took 4 coats and like 2 weeks, with stopping for weather, and baby, and toddler etc etc etc.

But it's finally done and I love it!!

Some of my inspiration that I've had on my pinterest boards:
I

I havent decorated mine yet but I really like the round plates and mirrors/frames look. Right now, mine is in the lounge room with a lonesome elephant on top.

My dream kitchen?? midnight blue and white kitchen

If you follow this blog you would know I dream for a yellow and white kitchen. However, I saw this kitchen in a magazine today and I am hooked. I want it! My yellow and white went out the window. You'd also know I love midnight blue and white together as it is my bedrooms colours too.
So I had a little google online to find some more midnight blue and white kitchens that I like (with a touch of yellow) and found these
This one has the yellow subway tiles I wanted originally in my kitchen but it seems like too much coupled with the blue but the one above is perfect!

Playroom

So this room was supposed to be my in home photography studio. It had horrible wood panelled walls and ugly grey carpet. But glorious wall length windows for beautiful natural light. However when I found out I was pregnant with #2 I wanted it to be the playroom instead.
I think it looks much better as a playroom, although we decided to keep the ugly grey carpet for now (softer for baby falls!) before we replace it with wood flooring one day.

Play kitchen IKEA hack!

My baby is 5 months old now and although I have been up to a lot of house/craft things, I have neglected my blog. So here comes an influx of posts. The first being a little play kitchen I made from an Ikea RAST bedside table, an old cupboard door and some IKEA coasters.

I put it together like this, painted it all white and painted the coasters black.

Glued the coasters on, added some marbled contact paper and some hooks and black door knobs and the kitchen was done. My 3.5yr old loves it!
